Example Schedule:

7:30-9:00 AM: Meditation and Vinyasa

  • 9:00-10:00 AM: Breakfast

  • 10:00am -1:00pm: Free time/Optional Daily Activities

  • 1:00pm-2:00pm: Lunch

  • 2:00pm-5:30pm: Free time/Optional Daily Activities

  • 4:30pm-6:30pm: Yin/Meditation/Sound Healing

  • 6:30pm-7:30pm: Dinner

Ready to Retreat?

Cancelation Policy;

Naturally, no one books with the intention of cancelling or postponing their retreat, but unexpected things do happen, so please purchase travel cancellation insurance once you have made your reservation.

 If you cancel your trip, we will gladly credit your funds to the studio passes at Omni Tahoe, on demand subscription or another retreat (credits must be applied within one year).

Depending on when you cancel, cancellation penalties may apply.

Fees are determined by the following schedule:

  • If you cancel more than 90 days before your retreat start date, 75% of your payment may be applied to a credit of your choice. You will forfeit 25% of the price of your retreat.

  • If you cancel 60 – 89 days before your retreat start date, 50% of your payment may be applied to a credit of your choice.You will forfeit 50% of the price of your retreat.

  • If you cancel 59 days or less before your retreat start date, you will forfeit your entire payment.

Exceptions to our policy cannot be made for any reason. We do not offer credit for a guest arriving late or leaving early. You must submit your sign Student Waiver and agree to our cancelation policy, failure to do so may be subject to an automatic cancellation and the above policy will apply.
